Marcus Watts: PlantBased AND Strong

0

Marcus Watts is a BUSY man with the vision of educating and inspiring people on the possibilities of living Plantbased AND Strong!  When I caught up with Marcus for our interview, he had already trained multiple clients, was getting ready for one of his workouts and then focus on building and distributing more content about the Plantbased – Vegan life for people.  Marcus has incredible knowledge that he shares about how you can achieve ultimate levels of fitness eating plantbased – vegan as you”ll hear on our interview:

Marcus currently works with all types of clients, including everyone from Professional Athletes to Local Youth Athletics and even serves as fitness liaison to the Fort Myers PD SWAT Team.  Marcus is the literal definition of optimal physical shape and condition with a physique to match.  However, Marcus’ tale has a twist: Back in 2013 when Marcus was in great physical shape (he played professional basketball) and had only eight (8) percent body-fat, everything about his appearance and conditioning signaled all was well.  Except, Marcus had a near death experience with two (2) blood clots.

After thankfully surviving this event, Marcus was told he was going to be placed on medications and would have to visit a facility daily for monitoring.  It was after thirty (30) days of dealing with this that Marcus made one of the most important decisions of his life: to quit this medicinal path and do his own research and literally take his life into his own hands.  Marcus dug in and the net result was that shifting to a Plantbased – Vegan life was the best thing to do and when he went back for checkups, tests show he needed NO medications!  He had cured his ailments…with the proper way of eating AND he felt better than ever before.

Marcus took his experience in life and decided to make it the core for his mission in life and so now he strives to help as many people as he can achieve optimal health through a Plantbased – Vegan life and show them how to also maximize their fitness levels AND show them that you can do BOTH together.
