I had an awesome time with Ellen Jaffe Jones on the VeganTourGuide Podcast recently. She brings an INCREDIBLE amount of knowledge and is just one of those people that is so fun to talk with. On her Facebook Page (Ellen Jaffe Jones) she always has great information and produces her facebook lives entitled: “Lunch Dates with Ellen” in which she interacts with her audience as well as cooks a meal while doing so.
She grew up surrounded by family with serious medical illnesses, so much so that she even commented during our interview that “she was determined not to make hospitals the site of family reunions” and set about making positive changes in her life. She has taken all of her knowledge and put that into Four (4) books: Paleo Vegan, Kitchen Divided, Eat Vegan on $4 A Day and Vegan Fitness for Mortals and you can find them on her site: http://Www.VegCoach.com Ellen is a frequent speaker at many conferences, including most recently the Plant Pure Summit 2016 conference. I loved talking with her and I’m sure you will enjoy her and her wealth of knowledge in this podcast.
