Ingredients
  1. 1 cup cashews
  2. 12 dates
  3. 1 – 2 tbsp coconut oil
  4. pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Place cashews in food processor and blend until fine powder. Remove cashew powder and place in a bowl. Place dates in the processor and blend until a paste forms, then add the cashew powder, salt and 1 tbsp of coconut oil and blend well. If dough seems dry, add the other tablespoon of coconut oil. Roll into small balls and roll in the hemp seeds. Place in fridge for 30 to 60 minutes.
